Bespoke Display Cases
(with Legs)

Beech Display Case on Legs | Display Case It

Easy
Self-Assembly

These bespoke display cases with legs are constructed in the same way as my quality Bespoke Display Cases, but with a more robust frame to allow for the secure attachment of the legs.

The legged design is particularly useful for larger display cases where there may not be a suitable table, cabinet or surface available, allowing the case to stand securely on the floor as a freestanding display.

A spanner is supplied for attaching the legs.

Otherwise, no tools are required — simply slot the acrylic panels into the top and bottom frames to create a strong, rigid structure.

The top acrylic panel is removable, allowing easy access to the contents.

Materials

The framework of each bespoke display case with legs is hand-polished and finished,

and can be produced in solid oak, ash, mahogany, yew or pine.

My display cases use top-grade clear acrylic, chosen for its excellent clarity. Unlike ordinary glass,

the acrylic is UV-stabilised and will not craze or yellow in sunlight, helping to preserve

and protect the contents from fading.

The thickness of the acrylic is selected according to the size of the display case, ensuring a strong and suitable finish for each individual piece.

Internal Base Finish

The interior base of your bespoke display case with legs can be finished in quality

jeweller’s suede, with a choice of colours including light blue, royal blue, bottle green,

scarlet, black and light grey. Samples are available on request.

A matching veneer can also be used to complement the timber framework.

If you would prefer to finish the base yourself, for example for a diorama, model railway

or rail track display, the base can be left plain.

There is also the option of a mirrored back or mirrored base, allowing you to view

the reverse or underside of the items on display.
